Getting money in

Getting money out

Why a payout is slow

What is covered

Where it is thinner

Below the National League in English football, and on lower-tier basketball, volleyball and some winter sports. That is a resourcing decision rather than an oversight — a market nobody prices carefully is worse than no market, because the errors all run in one direction.

In-play

Most markets stay open on major events, with suspensions around goals, cards and VAR checks. There is a short acceptance delay on every in-play bet, which exists because information reaches people at different speeds. Why that is.

The app and the mobile site

One account covers both, and the question is which to use rather than whether to install anything.

What the app adds

Continuous price refresh in-play rather than refreshing on a timer, push notifications when a bet settles or a cash out figure moves, sign-in by Face ID or fingerprint, and a bet slip that survives a lost signal. We publish one Android build and it goes through Google Play. A file offered elsewhere as an APK was packaged by somebody else, never updates, and cannot be distinguished from a modified copy by looking at it. Why that matters.

Things support gets asked that have short answers

A handful of questions that come up constantly and do not need a page of their own.

• Are winnings taxed? Not for a customer in the UK. There is nothing to declare and nothing is deducted.
• Can I bet from abroad? Only from a jurisdiction we are licensed to serve. The app checks a coarse location for that reason.

Who runs the site
